Now that you've learned how to make your own website, next comes a very important part -- learning how to increase traffic and generate online revenue!
Make Money With Amazon Affiliate Program
Here, you will learn how to make money with Amazon affiliate program. For most, Amazon.com has been a site to purchase books and other items, with an emphasis in competitive prices, easy shipping and reliability. What you may not know is that this site also has profitable affiliate marketing programs.
In being an Amazon affiliate, your website will benefit from integrated affiliate tools, and you can soon earn money on autopilot. It all starts with becoming an Amazon affiliate (also known as an Amazon "associate")...
Amazon Marketing Affiliate Programs
Once you join their program (it's FREE), you'll be able to sell their entire inventory of products. From joining the Amazon affiliate marketing program, you can build a website, insert your affiliate links throughout the content, and refer your visitors to the products they're looking for. In turn, every sale that you produce generates a commission and Amazon keeps track of your commissions throughout each month --sending you a check in the mail. Now how easy is that?!
Why You Can Earn Potential As An Amazon Affiliate
- Amazon is a household name and has created a brand that is very recognizable. This means that nearly everyone who visits your site knows Amazon and can TRUST them.
- The Amazon affiliate program provides its affiliates (or, "associates") with a truckload of selling tools. Not only do they give you links and banners to make selling products easier, but you'll get access to interactive widgets and Amazon's "aStore" builder -- all perfect for blogs, social networking pages, and traditional websites.
- The Amazon marketing program encourages ancillary sales for which you earn commissions. Here's how it works: let's say that you operate a digital photography website. You've written a short review for a digital photography book. A visitor clicks your Amazon link to buy the book. After looking around, that visitor also buys a digital camera. This means that you'll earn commissions on BOTH items!
- Amazon offers a HUGE inventory of products to promote. You can sell tens of thousands of products in virtually any niche you can imagine. Most online marketers think only of promoting books and CDs, but you can sell golf equipment, computers, cameras, guitars, and pretty much anything else you can think of!

WordPress Review
This WordPress Review will show you have to save time, improve exposure in search engines, and increase online revenue. With free web site hosting, WordPress continues to be one of the most popular content management software packages ever designed. Below, we'll give you some ideas about how you can leverage the powers of WordPress.com in your online business.
WordPress For Site Creation
If you have ever created a site from scratch, you already realize that it can be time-consuming and frustrating, on the other hand, you can create a bare bones Wordpress site in less than 5 minutes. What's more, adding new content is easy and no charge to you. Instead of coding a new page and uploading it through FTP, simply log in, write the content, and publish it. With a free website hosting software, it appears instantly and effortlessly.
Most web hosting plans come with a feature that lets you install the software on your site with a few clicks. Plus, there are thousands of websites that offer free, attractive WordPress themes and WordPress plugins that can instantly give your new site or blog a professional appearance.
Search Engine Exposure With WordPress
Google seems to love sites and blogs that are created with WordPress. One of the reasons is due to plug-ins that can automatically optimize your pages. For example, plug-ins like All In One SEO ensure that every new page or post is configured so the search engines can index it easily. Whether you're maintaining a blog or developing a network of niche websites, WordPress can help you get started on the right foot.
Online Business Web Site Hosting
With the free plug-ins, themes, and other tools that have been developed for WordPress, creating a professional-looking site has never been easier. The software eliminates the need to code sites from scratch, saving you countless hours. Plus, it can potentially increase your exposure in the search engines, driving more traffic to your sites. When harnessed properly, an increase in traffic means more revenue.
We've been using WordPress for years and have always been happy with it. It's one of the simplest ways to develop a blog, site, or even a network of affiliate sites to promote other people's products. The best part is that it's completely free. You can visit WordPress.com to download the software, or look in your hosting plan's cPanel for the "one-click" installation feature. Once you start using it, you'll never look back.

Website Hosting
Find a Website Hosting service provider.
A website is a set files that reside on a website server. In order to setup a website you either need to have your own server or you need to rent server space on someone else's server. Since you probably don't have the time, money or expertise to buy and setup your own web server (or would you want to), companies have been around since the beginning of the internet to provide people with high quality, low cost website hosting. Depending on your needs there are a few different options:
Website Hosting
Use one of the following web hosts to setup new website:
- DownTownHost.com - Web Host Manager (Unix Reseller Account)
- SeekDotNet.com - Control Panel (WIN Reseller Account)
- WebHostingBuzz.com - Web Host Manager (Unix Reseller Account)
Website Hosting Video Tutorial
The video provided below is a video tutorial of how to sign up and use a web host service. It goes into detail and compares different options for web hosting as well as which services are the best deal and the most reliable choices for web hosting service providers.
Reseller Website Hosting
If you're going to develop 3+ websites, use DownTownHost reseller website hosting.

WARNING - WE RECOMMEND PROCEEDING WITH CAUTION IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THESE HOSTS
DownTownHost - although I recommended DTH above and we have the majority of our websites currently on DTH servers, I've had a an experience with them that no longer makes me comfortable to recommend them as a reliable hosting service. we have a reseller package and it's a great deal for the amount of websites/space you get for the money. the real problem with these guys is if something goes wrong. over the course of our time with them (2 years) there have been two incidents where our websites were deleted and when asking for help in restoring we got the same excuse both times, that the server our backups were on crashed and they had to rebuild them.

Brad
I currently have a reseller account containing 30+ websites. Is there a way to backup the files and databases for each website without going into each individual website and db? I'm looking for a process that will auto backup each site on a schedule. Let me know.Jorge
Hello Brad
No, unfortunately is not possible.
January 2009
Jorge
We lost a server with backups, entirely, however, backups are YOUR responsibility, not ours. And to not delete your own files it's your responsibility too.
Diego
I'm sorry that you can't understand that this is your fault, you deleted your tickets and you didn't have a proper backup of them when it's ONLY your responsibility.
more to come...
